Receiving Clerk
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a warehouse receiving environment (Manufacturing or Pharma experience is a plus).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Excel.
- Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45–50 lbs regularly.

- Shipment Verification: Inspect all incoming shipments for damage and compare contents against manifests, packing slips, and purchase orders (POs) with 100% accuracy.
- Digital Data Entry: Utilize RF scanners and ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) to record weights, freight charges, and discrepancies in real-time.
- Material Handling: Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to safely unload LTL and FTL trailers and move stock to designated "Steel" locations.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with drivers and carriers to resolve shortages or non-conformance issues.
