Attorney - Litigation
Our client is a collegial, boutique insurance defense firm seeking a skilled Mid- to Senior-level associate to join their growing team. This position requires a minimum of three (3) years experience in insurance defense litigation.

Professional experience should include:
- litigation experience in: Commercial General Liability (CGL), Property, Torts, New York Labor Law (NYLL)
- excellent writing and presentation skills.
- ability to run and manage files with limited supervision
- demonstrable experience independently taking depositions.
- courtroom and trial experience considered a plus
Current admission to the New York State Bar and experience litigating in New York courts is required.
