Grubhub is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join our Corporate Accounts team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customer acquisition effort by focusing on driving mission critical projects including data enrichment, lead distribution strategy and platform management alongside our other Go-To-Market teams. You will partner with the broader Sales and Operations team to have the best in class lead and prospect data and to devise strategies for how we get the right lead to the right rep at the right time. This is a role that requires strong organization, internal collaboration, project management and analytical skills. You will dive deep - into data, process, and the customer experience - to identify the critical insights necessary to improve business performance and translate these into action The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in data management and a passion for optimizing operational processes in a fast-paced environment. The Impact You Will Make- Own the Lead database for one of Grubhub’s key business lines
- Build out the lead database including sourcing and adding net new leads as well as enriching existing leads
- Be responsible for distributing leads to the sales team. You will determine volume, frequency and quality/score for each sales rep and building out systems and processes to support distribution
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing impact on business operations
- Work with a small team of analysts providing training, guidance and performance feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and enrichment initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on data quality metrics and operational performance for senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role, with at least 2 years in a management or lead capacity
- Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
- Advanced SQL and Google Sheets skills such as pivot tables and lookups
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Sigma
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
