C2R Management is seeking a Field Manager to facilitate all work orders and manage supers and vendors for a portfolio of buildings in Northern Manhattan.

Liaison between field and office

• Be management’s eyes and ears in the field

• Use and become proficient with Appfolio

• Participate in maintenance meetings

• Relay any issues that supers are having completing work orders and projects

• Relay any supply orders and ensure building inventory is stocked

• Keep office staff updated on progress and timing of work being performed to correct and certify violations

• Communicate with tenants

• Approve proposals

• Manage Maintenance Administrative Staff

Manage Supers/porters

• Receive all emergency calls and dispatch supers, contractors as necessary

• Make sure all work orders are being addressed on a daily basis

• Provide assistance when needed

• Confirm pictures and/or notes are entered into each work order

• Inspect or have supers inspect any problems that arise prior to hiring 3rd party contractors

Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspectors

• Make sure all vendors, contractors, inspectors have access and are accompanied when doing their work

• Make sure any necessary work is performed prior to arrival of vendors, contractors, inspectors
