2026 Investment Banking MBA Early Insights Program
Morgan Stanley’s MBA Early Insights program provides students with an overview of our firm, apprenticeship culture, the financial services industry, and the campus recruitment process. During the program, you’ll gain insights into the rigor and partnership that drives our work, connect with both recruiting and business representatives, and discover the shape a career can take as part of a world-class firm.

Program Overview

- Day 2: Navigating the Recruiting Process Panel
- Informational Coffee Chat & Technical Training Exposure
Program Eligibility
- Open to all incoming first year MBA students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
- Graduate students with limited exposure to the financial services industry are encouraged to apply
- Participation in Early Insights does not guarantee selection for the Summer Associate Program. Employment decisions at Morgan Stanley are based on merit and do not discriminate against any individual on the basis of their race, gender or other protected status.
