Customer Service Representative/Collections

We are expanding from our main office in Allegany, NY to the Springville area. Positions available are full time, Monday-Friday with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Compensation includes an hourly rate as well as bonus structure. Collector monthly bonuses range between $500.00-$5,000.00 typically and are based on your work ethic and determination to make money. Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collectors are expected to make 150+ calls daily, get individuals on the phone with outgoing calls as well as returned call backs from messages left. You are required to close your own calls as well as helping out with second talk offs for teammates who need assistance. We provide training on FDCPA guidelines and all other pertinent laws/regulations and require that all staff are compliant during communication with consumers.
