Paid Social Media Coordinator B2B Part Time
Our client in the sustainability industry is seeking a B2B paid social contractor to run paid media execution for two multichannel ABM campaigns during Q2-Q3 2026 for 10-15hrs/week. This hands-on role focuses on LinkedIn, with potential activation on Google Ads, and works closely with the Demand Generation Director on weekly performance reporting. What Youll Do * Set up new LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts, including billing, tracking pixels, Matched Audiences, conversion tracking, and UTM structure; potential setup of Google Ads for search and display. * Build and manage LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Video, InMail, Document Ads, and retargeting campaigns for both awareness and conversion tracks. * Manage ABM audience segmentation, named account targeting, and tiered messaging. * Run competitor and category term search campaigns if Google Ads is activated. * Monitor budget pacing, conduct A/B tests on copy and creative, and collaborate with a designer on ad assets. * Deliver weekly reporting on impressions, CTR, CPL, leads, spend pacing, and optimization recommendations; support quarterly and end-of-campaign reviews.What You'll Need * 1+ years managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B, including ABM list targeting and new account setup. * Experience running Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Document Ads, plus Matched Audiences and Insight Tag installation. * Strong analytical skills, familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing, and the ability to self-optimize campaigns. * Comfort working in a lean, mid-sized marketing team.Preferred * Google Ads experience (search and display) in a B2B environment. * Experience with Pardot or similar MAPs, and Salesforce for lead tracking. * Background in energy, sustainability, or financial infrastructure; experience reaching niche or technical audiences. * Familiarity with ABM programs and marketing to regulated or compliance-focused personas. * Portfolio of prior paid media work.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
