Steward
The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a Steward also known as Porter/Dishwasher/Bathroom attendant with at least one year of experience for our Le Jardin sur Madison venue located in NYC.
The porter/dishwasher/bathroom attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at the kitchen and restroom during hours of operation of the venue. The dishwasher must have prior experience with machines and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is routinely maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. This individual is also resopnsible for taking out the garbage i n compliance of all laws concerning the safety of others.
