The Opportunity

This Fall, we are opening our store at Roosevelt Field Mall — one of our first physical retail expression of the Ravella world. Ravella is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage plus individual and store-wide commissions designed to reward sales performance.

You’ll bring our quiet luxury ethos to life on the sales floor, styling clients with care, building relationships, and creating unforgettable moments in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience rooted in styling, service, and storytelling
• Build strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Assist with store operations, visual merchandising, and maintaining a refined, inviting environment
• Represent Ravella’s aesthetic and values in every client interaction
• Support in-store activations, product launches, and VIP appointments

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing experience, preferably luxury fashion or premium lifestyle
• Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-driven with a desire to exceed sales expectations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling tools, and basic technology
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physically able to be on your feet for shift durations and lift up to 20 lbs
