Senior Associate VP, Investor Relations
Wafra Inc. seeks a Senior Associate - VP, Investor Relations in New York, NY. Work on Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) while supporting broader Investor Relations (IR) and Marketing initiatives. Manage the full lifecycle of DDQs and RFPs, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions aligned with the firms messaging and investor requirements. Collaborate with investment, compliance, operations, and legal teams to gather insights and maintain an updated library of materials. Provide ad-hoc support for Marketing, including website updates, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and other public relations efforts to strengthen the firms brand visibility. Assist with investor conferences, meetings, and events by coordinating logistics and materials, and maintain strong investor relationships through responsive communication and high-quality service. Requires a Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications or a related field or foreign equivalent and three (3) years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate. Experience must include managing multiple RFP projects for equity related transactions ; Utilizing data management, proofreading, and compliance-sensitive confidential materials; Working with data governance, organization, and quality control to ensure accurate and clean data analysis; Working independently and partnering with cross-functional teams.
