Line Cook
We are fast-growing cafe and kitchen concept in Brooklyn, combining grill, sushi, pizza, and desserts under one brand. We are looking for a Line Cook who understands cooking process.
_____________Responsibilities
1.Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
3. Strong knowledge of a basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
5. Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate clearly _____________ Requirement
