Join ANGEL CARE HOME COMPANION SERVICES as a Child Care Provider in Queens, NY, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for children. - Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions.
- Assist with homework and educational activities to foster learning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children to enhance their well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and support.
- Previous experience in child care or early childhood education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
- Background check clearance required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
