Facilities Associate
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Maintain, clean, and fully stock pantry areas and operate two high-volume coffee machines
- Keep kitchen countertops, food prep spaces, and dining areas spotlessly clean and organized
- Restock fruit baskets, snacks, and beverages daily, while spot-cleaning floor spills as needed
- Prepare, organize, and reset conference rooms between meetings (aligning furniture, restocking tissues, pens, and note pads)
- Assist with the setup, organization, and post-event cleanup of daily catering platters and special company events
- Maintain inventory and restock all copy and print stations across both floors
- Break down boxes from incoming mail, packages, and vendor deliveries
- Perform routine touch-ups throughout the office, including wiping glass surfaces
- Monitor supply levels across the facility and notify management when reordering is necessary
