Role Purpose Statement

As a Ramp Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our airline partners receive timely, safe, and accurate catering services right at the aircraft door.

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the ramp, coordinating between our production teams, logistics crews, and airline personnel to ensure every flight departs on time and fully catered. You’ll manage real-time communication, solve problems on the fly, and help maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re-training of drivers
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files
• Processing of all Port Authority/Customs identifications
• Ensure all State inspections, registrations and Insurance ID’s for trucks are current
• Responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedures
• Assist the Ramp Safety Supervisor as needed and perform other clerical duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ safety/ramp experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other computer applications
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
