Position Overview
We are seeking a polished Dental Office Assistant to support both front desk and clinical teams in maintaining an efficient, patient-focused practice. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by, and not limited to assisting with administrative tasks, patient coordination and clinical support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, personable and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and managing phone inquiries
- Assist clinical staff with operatory setup, sterilization, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Assist dentist with clinical procedures
- Help coordinate workflow between front and back office teams
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team
- Dental experience preferred
