Physician Assistant - ENT

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - ENT to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Kings County Hospital operates a world‑renowned Level I Trauma Center, one of only three in Brooklyn, which serves 2.6 million residents of Brooklyn and Staten Island. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details:

• Provides clinical and administrative services in both inpatient and outpatient ENT settings.
• Evaluates and treats patients under the supervision of an attending Otolaryngologist.
• Participates in ENT outpatient subspecialty clinics, evaluating and developing assessments and plans.
• Performs ENT procedures including flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and otomicroscopy.
• Participates in daily rounds, writing orders and notes, and supporting consults.
• Second assists in the operating room, when needed.
• Participates in educational conferences and continuing education activities.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• All PA experience levels considered; ENT experience not required.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40‑hour work week and years of state licensure.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
