Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in land development and site design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support all phases of land development projects — from planning and design through permitting and construction oversight — ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with local and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management design.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, landscape architects, and utility providers.
• Assist with permit applications, technical reports, and agency review responses.
• Conduct field inspections and provide construction support as needed.
• Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of civil site or land development design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of site grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
