$18.00-$20.00 per hour with growth opportunities. Must have the ability to work weekends and evenings.

The essence of the role of our Guest Services team is to provide excellent, caring customer service to every client at the Spa. Duties include checking guests in and out, describing and recommending treatments, giving tours of the Spa facility, maintaining and stocking the guest-facing areas of the Spa, and offering genuine care to every guest. Both full and part time positions are available.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow direction
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to provide accurate and thorough information on the spa's services, packages, promotions, and amenities.
- May assist with other duties as assigned such as running daily reports
- Communicate effectively with guests and other departments.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferences
- Proficiency in spa booking software
- Knowledge of spa industry treatments
- Experience working in the spa industry
- Experience working in retail sales and merchandising
Special Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to move quickly through 15,000 square-foot space, including up and down stairs
