**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when necessary.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Observe and report activities and/or incidents to appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry at the location.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a strong Allied Universal presence.
+ Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and cooperating with first responders as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
