Machine Operator
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently while meeting production goals. Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment while adjusting machine settings to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
salary: $17 - $20 per hourshift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Load raw materials and unload finished products safely
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
- Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Record production data and machine performance accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Identify defects and take corrective action when needed
- Minimize waste and support efficient production flow
