Benefits:

• Great Benefits
• Pay – Salary: .55 to .60 cents a mile based on exp Pay per EXP- 0 exp starts at .55 per mile at 6 months= .56 at 1 yr= .57 at 18 months= .58 at 2 yrs= .59 and at 3 yrs and above= .60 per mile
• Average earnings per week: $1200-$1500
• Good Miles
• Home time: weekends – also, when lanes permit it, you can go through the house on the way to the pickup or delivery during the week.
• Offering bonus: Ranking the same as regional
• Stop pay: $15
• Load – unload: standard pay
• Unload pay: standard pay
• Short haul pay: exceptions only if customer-driven
• No experience
• Consistent preload and drop freight.
• Driver-friendly customers.
• One Driver supervisor to deal with (they help with all issues).
• Do have New York City lanes, BUT ONLY IF the driver wants to go, and we do pay an additional $100 Boroughs Pay.
• In the rare case of a layover, we pay $100 for a 24 hr period.
• Automatics
• Trainees acceptable

Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test
• Clean driving record
• Hiring area: within 20 miles of Syracuse, NY, MA, CT, NY, RI
• Certificate: Class A
• Specialized Equipment: Primarily dry van– maybe reefer couple times per year
• Experience Required: no
• Non-driving activities: no
