Senior Van Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to designated locations while ensuring a positive experience for all riders. This role is vital in maintaining punctuality and professionalism in all driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or similar vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide transportation services for passengers as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and Clerks Office to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing regular inspections and necessary maintenance.
• Document any incidents or issues during transport and report them to management as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a van driver, delivery driver, or in similar roles such as bus driving or paratransit services is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with local roads is an advantage.
• A commitment to safety standards and practices in all driving activities.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to address passenger needs promptly.
