As our Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, you'll be:

• The mastermind behind our culinary vision: Develop innovative menus, source high-quality ingredients, and ensure consistent execution across all our restaurants.
• A born leader: Motivate, coach, and mentor your kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Oversee food preparation, inventory management, and cost control, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• A champion of quality: Maintain the highest standards for food safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

You'll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful menus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
• A deep understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
