Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Hospitality Operations to oversee our campground and hotel properties . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, optimizing, and ensuring the operational excellence of these unique and thriving hospitality establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to enhance the overall guest experience, service quality, and profitability of campgrounds and hotels within the organization.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of property managers, department heads, and operational staff to drive exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and comfort are consistently met. Develop and implement guest-centric initiatives.
- Property Development: Collaborate with the development and maintenance teams for property upgrades, expansions, and renovations to enhance the guest experience and property appeal.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to drive bookings and occupancy rates.
- Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize costs and service quality.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, with proven success in managing campgrounds and hotels.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis and budget management.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in unique and diverse settings.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
