Sales Support & Customer Service Representative

Shelter Air is looking for a boots-on-the-ground team member who loves people, isn't afraid to knock on doors, and wants to help us build our mini split maintenance program.

Founded by Kimberly Sevilla—a BPI- and NATE-certified technician, former USDA lab tech, volunteer firefighter, and relentless advocate for clean air—Shelter Air was built on the belief that clean air is a human right.

What You'll Do:

• Get Out There:
  • Canvas neighborhoods, connect with homeowners and local businesses, represent us at community events, and build relationships that turn into long-term customers.
• Build Our Mini Split Maintenance Program:
  • Help us develop and launch this new service, gather customer feedback, and create processes that scale as we grow.
• Be the Voice of Shelter Air:
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and educate homeowners about indoor air quality and mini splits—all with warmth and expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• People person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.
• Comfortable with canvassing, door-knocking, and face-to-face conversations.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Self-starter with hustle and follow-through.
• Excited about building something new.
• Valid driver's license required.

No HVAC experience necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for character, curiosity, and drive.
