Overview:

Client is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple small-scale projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring the successful execution of all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage several small projects simultaneously, either technical or non-technical.
• Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and documentation.
• Communicate plans and expectations to stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor performance, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Lead team members to boost collaboration and project efficiency.
• Support larger initiatives under the direction of senior leadership.
• Uphold clients internal controls and risk/compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Offshore vendor management experience.
• Ability to run calls and manage projects independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and offshore engagement managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of general management, project analysis, or project management experience (including 1+ year in project management),
  
  OR
• 4 years of combined higher education/work experience, including 2 years in a similar role with at least 1 year in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project management tools.

• Work Arrangement: This is an onsite role in Buffalo, NY ; hybrid may be available.
