We are a high-growth, AI-native platform redefining the infrastructure for the $600B digital advertising ecosystem. We seamlessly connect brands and creators, enabling performant, scalable, and authentic marketing through true word-of-mouth at scale. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us as a foundational member of the engineering team.

You will work directly with our founders to design, build, and launch new product features across the full stack. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to tackle complex, impactful engineering problems in a high-performance environment.

What You Will Do:

• Own End-to-End Development: Ship real functionality weekly, taking features from the first line of code to production across client and server.
• Tackle Complex Engineering Challenges: Solve fundamental problems related to marketplace design , multimodal content understanding using Large Models, and high-performance campaign optimization .
• Design Technical Architecture: Make key technical decisions that directly shape product direction and business outcomes, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Work Across the Stack: Utilize our core technologies, including React/Next.js for the client and Python/Django/Postgres for the server/backend systems.
• Foster Fast Execution: Operate with urgency and autonomy, balancing long-term technical rigor with the need for speed inherent in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate Closely: Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into tangible, high-quality product features.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong generalist with a proven track record of building and scaling high-quality, maintainable products in fast-paced environments.

• 3 – 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong generalist experience building and scaling high-quality, maintainable products from the client to the server.
• Proficiency with our core Tech Stack:
• Front-end: React / Next.js .
• Backend/Data: Python / Django / Postgres .
• Experience in or aptitude for addressing complex challenges related to marketplace dynamics or large-scale data processing/AI integration.
• Proven ability to thrive in an early-stage or high-growth environment with a focus on fast execution and significant ownership.

Work Policy:

• This is a full-time, in-person role based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC .
