About the Position
- Dialysis treatment initiation and monitoring
- Post-dialysis procedures and access care
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Infection control and sterilization procedures
- Troubleshooting machine alarms (blood pump, conductivity, pressure, etc.)
- Symptom management for complications such as hyperkalemia, hypotension, and fluid overload
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (NY or Compact State)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Previous Charge Nurse or Team Lead Experience (Required)
- Outpatient and Chronic Dialysis Experience (Required)
- Experience running a 4-patient POD independently
- Epic Charting System familiarity preferred
