Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Active NY License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Open to New Graduates.
• Geriatric/Chronic Care Experience Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to nursing home residents.
• Manage acute/chronic conditions in elderly patients.
• Conduct exams & develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with staff & attend care meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
