Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and measurement for brand and retail social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration with internal creative, PR, media, and analytics teams as well as external agencies. The ideal candidate is a social-first strategist with excellent project management skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for connecting with diverse, culture-driving audiences particularly Gen Z.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and content production for brand and retail social campaigns across major platforms.
- Develop creative briefs that inspire innovative ideas and compelling campaigns.
- Project manage social content production, coordinating with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
- Define, track, and present KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance to leadership.
- Support business and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, creative, media, analytics, and growth teams to scale campaigns.
- Research and identify new opportunities in social platforms, formats, and production models.
- Stay current on audience trends, infusing campaigns with fresh, innovative content.
Must Haves:
- 7–10 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Knowledge of social platforms, scheduling software, and social analytics.
- Success engaging diverse and culture-driven audiences, with a focus on Gen Z.
- Communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns using metrics.
- Writer and communicator with strong project management and attention to detail.
- Experience defining and executing marketing strategies.
- Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a can-do attitude.
