We are now on the search for a professional adjunct Director of Crisis Residences to fill a newly created, integral function within our Residential Program team. Title: adjunct Director of Crisis Residences

Program: Crisis Services

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday cross shift (10-6 with some flexibility); on call/weekend coverage as scheduled.

Under the leadership abilities of the Executive Program Director and Director of Crisis Services this job offer is responsible for providing support and direction to staff and supervise the day to day operations on site. this job offer is responsible for monitoring and coordinating intakes to the Crisis Residences. this job offer is responsible for managing day to day operational needs as oversite to the programs.



ESSENTIAL tasks AND RESPONSIBILITIES

»Manage and Monitor the referrals for the Crisis Residences and determine eligibility in a timely manner. Coordinate intake appointments for new youth coming into the programs.

»Participate in debriefs for critical incidents. Participate in clinical projects to increase the quality of care.

»Assist Residential managers with creating team-building opportunities and develop staff to provide a cohesive direct care team atmosphere. Supervise a team of Residential managers.

»Facilitate regular supervision to mentor and coach the Residential managers who mentor, develop, train, and manage direct care staff.

»Assist in reviewing and revising the orientation of staff to meet the overall objectives of the programs

» supervise and assist with necessary Quality Management investigations

»Complete Admission and Continued Stay Utilization Reviews

»On Call coverage of Crisis Residences.

»Act as a liaison to community partners in support of program service and to the community partners making referrals to the programs.

»Other tasks may be assigned.



EDUCATION AND/OR practice
Bachelor's Degree required from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 years of practice in similar function.



CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Valid NYS driver's license required
