- Oversee daily operations of the business office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage billing, coding, and insurance claims processes to maximize revenue cycle performance.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and care.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all office practices.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or office management.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in healthcare software Mednet and MS Office Suite .
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
