The Role (Operations Lead & Producer) We are looking for a sharp, autonomous, and organized Operations Lead & Content Producer to protect creator focus and keep our daily production machine running flawlessly. You are not just a researcher; you are the manager of the entire value stream. You will be given the decision rights to lead our editors, handle uploading strategy, and ensure the daily workflow moves seamlessly from story concept to final publication. Your brain must sync with the channel’s philosophy so you can speak and make production calls on behalf of the creator.

Core Responsibilities

* The Input & Sourcing Phase: Research and source two high-value, news-adjacent stories per day that perfectly fit our "instant karma/poetic justice" viral social commentary framework. You will utilize AI tools (like Gemini/ChatGPT) to screen trends, pull video transcripts, and pull out the highest-velocity viral hooks.

* Notes & Outline Creation: Transform sourced stories into bulletproof production briefs. You will write the structured script outlines, key talking points, and inject sharp, edgy jokes tailored for our male audience so the creator can simply hit "record" and execute.

* Team & Pipeline Management (Discord): Act as the shield and manager for the creator. You will coordinate with our long-form editors and short-form repurposers. When editors have technical or thumbnail questions, they come to you, not the creator.

* Optimization & Uploading: Oversee the uploading process. You will leverage AI tools to generate hyper-optimized, high-CTR titles and coordinate with our thumbnail specialists for A/B testing variations.

* Analytics & Performance Guarding: Monitor video performance post-publishing. If impressions are low or a CTR dips, you have the autonomy to adjust titles or direct an editor to swap a thumbnail while the creator is offline.

Requirements & Qualifications

* YouTube Commentary Fluency: Deep understanding of the commentary/reaction niche, internet culture, and the psychology of a traditionalist, male-dominated audience. * System & Workflow Mindset: Experience managing content pipelines. You understand how to take one long-form video and oversee its downstream flow into portrait form for Facebook, TikTok, and clips channels (e.g., maximizing leverage).

* Edgy Comedy Writing Chops: Ability to write punchy, unfiltered, and common-sense humor. You know how to call out absurdity and entitlement while keeping the vibe comedic and satisfying.
