Customer Service Analyst I

As a core member of our team, you will regularly engage with our customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your mission will be to assist them with technical and service related questions while making sure that their experience is nothing short of outstanding. If a situation calls for it, you'll confidently escalate the matter to management, showing your commitment to finding the best solution for our customers. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job: Key Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in an office or call center environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Bilingual a plus Technology proficient Distraction-free work environment Why Us? The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances.
