Assistant General Manager

With sweeping city views, a serene open-air terrace, private dining space, and a sleek, modern dining room, Electric Lemon offers an elevated experience that effortlessly transitions from day to night.
We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting all aspects of front-of-house operations, developing and mentoring managers and hourly employees, driving exceptional guest experiences, and helping to achieve the restaurant's financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about cultivating both people and performance.This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $95,000 - $115,000
- Quarterly bonus program

Qualifications:
- A spirited, enthusiastic disposition with a commitment to team and restaurant success
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high-volume, well-rated restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, and mentoring both management and hourly teams
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence
- Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms, including POS systems, reservation platforms, scheduling software, and HR/onboarding systems
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset
