Director, Supply Chain Finance, NA Go To Market

This role will be responsible for leading and communicating the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of indirect procurement savings across the areas of operating expense, cost of goods, and capital expense globally. This is a critical role that will help to support the strategic journey and value creation of the Indirect Procurement organization.
This person will help to maintain consistency in value creation reporting across the global teams and amongst key suppliers and third?party strategic vendors. This role will partner closely with the VP, Indirect Procurement, and the Chief Procurement Officer to help identify investment and savings opportunities for the IP organization. Additionally, this role partners with the GSR?TPM team to report on Discretionary TPM activities, identifying opportunities to lower TPM cost, and optimizing in?house vs TPM production. This position will also lead the expense management of the Indirect Procurement team, including budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting for the IP cost centers.

Support Indirect Procurement globally to achieve its savings targets through helping to monitor the project pipeline and the savings opportunities. Ensure consistency of global reporting of savings, i.e., savings vs cost avoidance, operating vs capital expense impact, etc., from the IP team and aligned with strategic third?party partners. Communicate savings results through publication of quarterly results, reporting them to the GVC, the IP Steerco and its Exec Sponsors, the SCLT and Brand/Region/Function Finance. Build and communicate LRP and annual savings targets. Ad hoc savings reporting to Procurement Leadership and key Functional, Regional, Brand stakeholders as appropriate.

Support the SVP, Chief Procurement Officer and the VP, Indirect Procurement in the development and execution of their near?and long?term strategies for the department to expand spend under management, drive accelerated value creation, and build internal capabilities to support business requirements. Support submitted business cases and monitor investments/savings associated with those projects. Continue to drive enhanced TPM & dTPM reporting to drive additional value creation across the in?house/TPM landscape.

Align with the Indirect Procurement department's third?party partners (i.e., Accenture, Williams?Lea TAG) on savings, expenses, payment timing, invoicing, etc. Participate actively in weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with these strategic vendors to ensure contracted savings delivery and expense management.

Other: Budget, estimate and manage department expenses. Oversee the Manager, Indirect Procurement Finance, ensuring his/her growth and development within the Supply Chain Finance organization. Ad hoc participation and contribution to in vendor meetings, stakeholder meetings, GVC/SteerCo/Sponsor meetings.
Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative; advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of ELC financial systems (SAP, CPM)

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to prepare presentations

Analytical, organized, self starter

Managerial experience

Knowledge of the business and operational process and structure of the Brands, Regions and Affiliates

Understanding of procurement process and purchasing tools (SAP Purchase Orders, Direct Entry Invoice, etc.)

Some travel (3x/year) required
