Speech Language Pathologist *Flexible Summer Position*

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services in a home-based setting throughout Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a clinician who values family-centered care, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.

SLP Position Overview:

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities for SLP:

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations in the home environment
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
• Deliver direct therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders
• Document sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, supervisors, and other professionals
• Provide caregiver education and support to promote carryover and functional progress
• Maintain compliance with agency standards, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Active New York State SLP license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout Brooklyn
