Compensation Range: $40-48/hr
Job Description:
Lead client communications and coordination across multiple B2B accounts, ensuring exceptional service and smooth campaign execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Act as primary point of contact for three major B2B accounts

Manage internal and external communications, including client-facing updates and feedback loops
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and reporting
-
Track campaign performance and assist in vendor communications and media placement coordination
-
Monitor billing and invoicing; keep meetings organized with clear documentation and follow-ups
-
Work closely with leadership, including support for Sr. Director and Director-level staff

Attend and take notes in client and internal meetings, ensuring all tasks are actioned
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3 years of account management at a digital marketing or media agency
-
Hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing
-
Strong understanding of Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn)

Knowledge of the full B2B marketing funnel and lead generation strategies
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency setting
