Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Mental Health Therapist with a limited permit to join our supportive and growing team. In this role, you will provide essential counseling and therapy services to individuals and families who are facing mental health challenges. You will collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs, create personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions to promote lasting positive change.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and determine the best course of treatment.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client's goals.
Provide individual and couples therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment.
Work closely with clients' families, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with state regulations and company policies.
Engage in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling (MHC) or related field.
Limited permit to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in the state.
Experience working with individuals and families dealing with mental health issues.
Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using technology for documentation and telehealth sessions.
Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or French is a plus.
Actively seeking licensure or currently holding a Limited Permit in [State].
