Attorney - Business/ Commercial Litigation

A highly respected boutique law firm in White Plains is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing litigation practice. Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on case strategy
• Manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong motion practice experience required
• Trial experience is not required
• Experience with corporate or real estate litigation is a plus
• Licensed and in good standing in New York (NJ bar admission is a plus)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $190,000. Factors which may xrczosw affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
