We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembler for a temporary, 3-month position. This exciting role is perfect for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and has a knack for problem-solving. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling and replacing parts, ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a high-energy setting that values innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Assembler, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Assembling, installing, and replacing parts of our machinery following blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
2. Inspecting and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
3. Identifying and resolving assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.
4. Proposing improvements to assembly processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver solutions that boost productivity.
6. Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
7. Documenting assembly procedures and reporting on assembly metrics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Assembler position will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
2. Proficiency in replacing parts and a deep understanding of assembly processes.
3. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members at all levels.
6. A proactive approach to work, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
8. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
9. Technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
