Position Overview
A well-established healthcare system in the scenic Finger Lakes Region of New York is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its highly collaborative, patient-centered team. This is a full-time, employed role offering the opportunity to practice a wide range of gastroenterology services with access to both an ambulatory surgery center and hospital-based procedures .

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal disorders.

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures .

Collaborate with referring physicians and primary care providers to coordinate care.

Analyze medical histories and diagnostic test results to establish treatment plans.

Perform procedures in both ambulatory and hospital settings.

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with specialists.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

US Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Board Certification in Internal Medicine

Proficiency in endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Eligible for New York State medical licensure
