About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Team: The Strategic Alliance Partnerships team is a collaborative and innovative group within the Chief Revenue Office at S&P Global. We value excellence in relationship management and are dedicated to driving strategic relationships with our most critical information provider partners. Our team thrives on a global mindset and is passionate about facilitating impactful partnerships that align with S&P Global's mission to provide essential intelligence. Responsibilities and Impact:- Manage a team of account managers to drive relationships with our largest information provider accounts, impacting indirect client revenue and outcomes across hundreds of end customers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize partner engagement strategies, enhancing overall business growth.
- Achieve revenue retention and new business KPIs for partner accounts and indirect customer relationships, showcasing your strategic impact.
- Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integrations and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations, gaining exposure to policy makers and market leaders.
- Drive value for end customers by expanding access points across partner platforms, contributing to the global nature of the role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or data industries.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners at senior and executive levels.
- Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal structuring and execution.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements.
- Experience working in team environments to drive towards common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
- Familiarity with global market trends and their impact on strategic partnerships.
