Dental West NYC is seeking a part-time Preventive Care Dental Hygienist to join our team in New York, NY. In our fee-for-service practice, you'll have the time, support, and resources to make a lasting impact on your patients' oral and overall health. Schedule: Every other Tuesday from 8:30am-2:30pm with potential for more hours.

Pay : We offer our Preventive Care Dental Hygienist a competitive hourly wage of $60-$70 per hour , based on experience.

As a minimally invasive practice, we prioritize prevention and the least invasive treatments first, including advanced techniques like laser disinfection for healthy gums.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Current RDH license in New York
• CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency in hygiene techniques and radiography
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Adherence to infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PREVENTIVE CARE DENTAL HYGIENIST?

As our Preventive Care Dental Hygienist, you'll provide comprehensive cleanings, perform periodontal assessments, and educate patients on preventive care strategies that can make a lasting difference in their health. With approximately seven patients per day, you'll have time to create meaningful connections, answer questions, and provide personalized care. You'll also work closely with our dentists, assistants, and front office team to ensure every patient receives a seamless and exceptional experience.
