Sales Representative – Full-Time | Honey King (New York 5 Boroughs)
About Honey King
Honey King is a premium cannabis brand known for crowned quality, bold identity, and deep roots in California and New York. As we expand our retail presence across New York State, we’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to grow our footprint, build strong dispensary relationships, and help elevate Honey King’s presence in every market we touch.
Primary Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with dispensary buyers and staff.
- Visit assigned territories weekly to present new products, review sell-through, and secure reorders.
- Ensure products are properly merchandised and represented according to brand standards.
- Identify new retail opportunities and introduce Honey King to emerging accounts.
- Promotions & Events
- Support marketing activations, in-store demos, and pop-up events to drive brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors and the Marketing team for event success.
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers to inform product and marketing improvements.
- Reporting & Communication
- Track sales activity, orders, and territory performance in CRM tools.
- Provide weekly sales updates and field feedback to Sales Management.
- Maintain awareness of inventory levels, pricing changes, and promotional programs.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ with valid state-issued ID.
- 1–2 years of experience in cannabis, CPG, or sales-related roles required.
- Knowledge of New York’s OCM cannabis regulations a strong plus.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (up to 50% of the time).
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $42k - $79k annually (base + commission)

- Full-time
