Role Overview

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and support growth across both local and national markets. This individual will play a key role in expanding our network, cultivating lasting relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with firm goals.

● Leverage local and/or national client relationships to identify and win new business.

● Establish and grow relationships with developers, owners, architects/engineers, and commercial real estate professionals.

● Represent Corcon at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

● Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and estimating teams to deliver proposals and project pitches.

● Maintain and track business development activities using CRM tools and AI. ● Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Qualifications

● Multiple years of business development experience in the construction or related industry, or a strong track record of revenue generation and client success.

● A well-established network of contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.

● Strong presence, communication, and presentation skills.

● Motivated, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.

● Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management is a plus.
