Pastry Cook
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS/EARLY MORNINGS
We’re looking for a second pastry cook to share in the running of our overnight to morning bakes. This is a hands-on role in a fast, high-volume café, so you’ll need to be quick, organized, and proud of every tray that goes out. Day to day you’ll mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish pastries, while keeping your station tight and clean. We’re after someone who’s reliable on overnight shifts, has solid pastry or bread experience, follows food safety without shortcuts, and manages time so the whole team stays on track. Show up, own the bake, and set the standard for the day.
