Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy to clients via telehealth.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay current with industry trends, evidence-based treatments, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
Active state license as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.).
Experience providing telehealth therapy preferred.
Strong documentation skills and proficiency with electronic health records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
