Position Title: Deputy Executive Director

Location: Bronx, NY

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

Salary: $290,000 – $350,000/Year

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Deputy Executive Director for an exciting job in Bronx, NY .

Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory, clinical, operational, quality, safety, and financial oversight for home health services.

• Lead operations across main and branch locations.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing home health care.

• Direct interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality home and community-based care.

• Oversee fiscal performance and effective management of resources.

• Lead nursing functions to maintain patient care quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field.

• Minimum six (6) years of progressive leadership experience in home health, hospital administration, or equivalent healthcare settings.

• Deep knowledge of home health operations, standards, and regulations.

• Strong understanding of healthcare management, HR, and business administration.

• Familiarity with federal (CMS/DOH), NYC Department of Health regulations, and JCAHO standards.

• Active NY State RN license and BLS certification.

• Primary source verification of RN license and registration from NYSED.

Experience:

• Minimum six (6) years in senior healthcare or home health administration, including operational and financial leadership.
