Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate company policies and procedures for legal soundness, risk exposure, and operational scalability.
- Identify and flag potential legal and operational risks in contracts and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, sales, procurement, operations) to align contracts and policies with business objectives.
- Maintain and organize a contract management system, ensuring accurate tracking of key dates, renewals, and obligations.
- Support due diligence and compliance efforts in preparation for business expansion, funding, or audits.
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or JD (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience reviewing and drafting legal contracts and business policies.
- Familiarity with Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor/customer contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and corporate governance.
- Excellent writing, editing, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, Concord).
